Grayson CeBallos, SIT Managing Partner and General Manager
Grayson, a graduate from the University of North Texas, first started his career with a Civil Engineering Company out of college. After a few years of being a drafting technician, Grayson got the opportunity to lead a Platting Department where he successfully had gotten a plat approved and recorded through over 100 different municipalities. Grayson now uses his past experience to help provide a quality product.
David McCullah, Registered Professional Land Surveyor
David has over 30 Years in the Surveying Industry. Starting his career in West Texas, David has since spent time managing many different shops in the North Texas area.
Cole Carpenter, Registered Professional Land Surveyor
Starting in the surveying field right out of High School, Cole has grown within this field and been apart of some cool projects. Whether it being a residential title survey, site design, construction or any other aspect of the surveying world, Cole is there to help with any clients needs.
